Let’s Talk

Let’s talk is a social justice education program with the goal to inform, engage, inspire, and give a clear call to action so people can start or continue engaging with issues in our community.

Each Let’s Talk will consist of a panel of guest speakers active in our community, a workshop relevant to the topic, free food, a group discussion, and a call to action.

Let’s Talk:
Housing Crisis

Join us May 17th, 11am - 3pm, for Let's Talk: Housing Crisis. This Let's Talk will focus on the current housing crisis, with particular emphasis on homelessness and accessibility to housing. We will explore the initiatives being undertaken by Thurston County and Washington State at an organizational level to address these issues, as well as how individuals can get involved and contribute to the solution. There will be a panel with guest speakers experienced with these subjects and active in the community. Following the panel, there will be a provided lunch, workshop, group discussions, and a clear call to action at the end. We look forward to seeing you there!
