Let’s Talk

Let’s talk is a social justice education program with the goal to inform, engage, inspire, and give a clear call to action so people can start or continue engaging with issues in our community.

Each Let’s Talk will consist of a panel of guest speakers active in our community, a workshop relevant to the topic, free food, a group discussion, and a call to action.

Let’s Talk:
Climate Justice

This Let’s Talk Event, hosted with YWCA and the City of Olympia’s Climate Programs, will explore the root causes of climate change, the impacts, and what actions you can do to help. The event will have a panel discussion followed by a Q&A session and lunch. Through the event, you will have the opportunity to learn about what climate action looks like in our region, how to reduce your carbon footprint, and what you can do to prepare for future climate conditions.
